Our Grading began with warm up by Sensei Morrison .All students worked hard from start to finish showing true discipline, focus, effort & determination to get their next belts. Everybody was put through their paces demonstrating good kihon, kata and basic kumite.

The examiners on the day were Sensei Don Morrison, Sensei Sarah jane Stoddart and Our Federation champion Sensei Mohammad.
