Sensei Syed is a black belt with sixteen years of martial arts experience in Shotokan karate style trained by Sensei Ahcene Moussaoui 8th dan , Sensei Xavier Boulanger and the Founder of Alfa Shotokan karate club Sensei Albertas Gustis.

Syed has attended multiple courses & graded by Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya 9th dan and chief instructor of WSKF 8th dan Tomiko Mitsukoka.

Syed believes that Karate is not confined to the borders of the dojo but is a way of life.
